At Melawati Juniors Football Academy (MJFA), we are committed to providing a
safe, enjoyable, and high-quality football development programme for every
child. By registering, selecting a membership package, and completing the
payment, the Parent/Guardian acknowledges that the decision has been made
voluntarily after reviewing and understanding the selected package, its
benefits, and the applicable terms and conditions.
Release and Waiver of Liability, Assumption of Risk and Indemnity and
Parental Consent Agreement. I, the undersigned, hereby release and
discharge Melawati Juniors Football Academy (MJFA), its agents, coaches,
directors and officers from any claims, responsibilities or liabilities for
injuries or harm incurred as a result of my and/or my child's participation as a
trainee, player or spectator in programs and activities related with Melawati
Juniors Football Academy (MJFA).
No Refund Policy. All registration fees, membership fees,
programme fees, training packages, kit purchases, and any other payments made to
MJFA are final, non-refundable, and non-transferable. No refund, whether full or
partial, will be provided in the event of withdrawal, cancellation, change of
mind, scheduling conflicts, relocation, personal commitments, medical
conditions, injuries, or any other reason after payment has been successfully
made. Payments received are immediately allocated towards academy operations,
including but not limited to field bookings, coaching resources, equipment,
programme planning, administration, staffing, and other operational expenses.
Any exception or special consideration shall be made solely at the discretion of
MJFA Management by MJFA Ventures and shall not constitute a precedent or
entitlement for future cases.
By completing the registration and payment, the Parent/Guardian confirms that
they have read, understood, and agreed to MJFA's Membership Terms &
Conditions, including this No Refund Policy.
